Shipping policy

  • Crumb & Get It uses USPS or UPS shipping services, with a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. 

  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to disruptions in the United States Postal Service or UPS Parcel Service,

  • We are also not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided. Customer are responsible for providing Crumb & Get It the correct information. If a mistake is made during checkout a customer is responsible for updating Crumb & Get it with the correction. A courtesy email on first orders will be sent to the customer to ensure that address of delivery is correct only if the address is incorrect for USPS standards.

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided after every order.

  • Once your package is entrusted to the shipping carrier, Crumb & Get It relinquishes all responsibility for the package's condition upon arrival. We cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Each box shipped will be insured for an amount equal to the value of the order. If multiple boxes are required, the insurance amount will be distributed equally among them.

    Allergen Advisory

    Our products are crafted in a home-based kitchen that adheres to New Jersey's food laws, which exempts it from New Jersey's food safety regulations. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Our baked goods may contain common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and are produced in an environment that utilizes peanuts. Crumb & Get It will not assume liability for any allergic reactions that may occur.

    If a customer has food allergies, it is up to the customer to email and let Crumb & Get It staff know so accommodations can be taken.  Emails for such request can be emailed to crumbnget1@gmail.com.

    Shipping Details

    • The shipping cost for any order is standard for $7. Express shipping is available for $15 for certain orders.

    • Tracking information will be provided for all shipments, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Crumb & Get It is not responsible for updating customers on their tracking information unless requested by the customer themselves.

    • Crumb & Get It is not liable for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

    All purchases made are considered final and non-refundable.
